Fast Food Do’s and Don’ts

Before we get into our healthier choices, we would like to preface this by saying that first and foremost we encourage you to bring food from home.  However, on the days that it is not possible, or you find yourself without a lunch, these are BETTER choices that you can make.

Better Choices:

1. Chicken Breast (no skin) with Pinto Beans

2. Pollo Bowl (white meat) with Pinto Beans (no sour cream)

3. Tacos Al Carbon (no sour cream)

1. Veggie Delight

2. Turkey Breast

3. Chicken Breast

Avoid all the extras, like cheese, mayo, oil, and ask for wheat bread.

1. Chicken Bowl with White Meat and Brown Rice (get teryaki sauce on the side)

2. Veggie Bowl

1. Baja Chicken Tacos (No Cheese)

2. American Chicken Soft Taco (NO Cheese)

3. Grilled Chicken Salad w/ NO Tortilla Strips

1. Margarita Grilled chicken

2. Chicken Fajitas( easy on rice and beans) Use corn tortillas

3. Grilled chicken Sandwich( Lettuce, tomato, Mustard, Ketchup ok, NO cheese or mayo)

Vegetables instead of fries
