Proactive or Reactive…It’s Your Choice

Hope you are all having a great morning thus far! I just wanted to share a little story with you all. Each night when I get home from training I typically read for about 30mins then I turn off the lights and sit in the dark and reflect about my day. And last night while I was reflecting, I remembered something a well known strength coach had said while I was watching his video earlier that day. What he said was this, “Everyone is going to spend money on health, the only question is when?” The more I started to think about this the more it made perfect sense. Now, you can think about this in two ways. You can either take the reactive approach (which most people choose) or you can take the proactive approach. The reactive approach would be to wait till you have health problems then you take action and spend money on hospital bills and Dr. visits or you take the proactive approach which would be hire a fitness coach who can guide you through an exercise program. Now it’s just up to you to choose which one suites you! We are consistently posting fit tips and videos showing effective fat loss exercises. Geoff actually did an awesome post about 6 ways to stay fit on the road. Start with that series of exercises three days a week, and start taking a proactive approach to your health!
