Train Insane Home Challenge

SO,  we have decided to add a new feature to our blog that I think will be VERY popular.  We are going to periodically post workout challenges to the blog, and have everyone post their times, and what they thought of the workout.  Now don’t worry, a majority of these workouts will be primarily body weight, and done in the same way that we do our MET CONS. (If you are not a Train Insane member Click Here to see what a met con is).  Now remember, make sure that you time yourself, and post your times and comments to the blog so that we can see how everyone is doing.  This will be especially good for everyone that is home on break right now.  Okay, here is your first Train Insane Home Challenge!!!

5 Burpees (I know you love it already)

10 Push Ups

15 Triangle Sit Ups

As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 min!!!!

Keep track of your rounds, and time, and post them to the blog.  We will be posting more throughout the upcoming months depending on how many people are completing them.  SO if you like them, make sure you post your results.

    only got 7 rounds done … real push-ups for the first two rounds and then i had to go on my knees 😦 ……. that’s what she said

    got through 8 rounds and 1 burpee… boy push ups for only 4 though. so hard! 🙂
