14 Worst Super Bowl Party Foods

Not that I want to be a total buz-kill, but there are an awful lot of CRAP foods that are passed around on Super Bowl Sunday.  For some of you, will just be the norm, and you will pay no attention to this post.  But for those of you that have goals, and are trying to make this the year that you follow through and reach them, this could be your first big test of the year.  Will you throw away the month of hard work that you have already put in just because of a football game that I am betting most of you could care less about anyway.  Now is the time to be mentally tough, and stick to your program.  If you are already a Train Insane member, then know exactly what I am talking about.  If not, just make up your mind that you are not going to throw away all your hard work just for one day of drinking, crappy food, and wishing like hell you didn’t the day after.  I hope that this list is somewhat helpful when you make your eating and drinking decisions this Sun.  Enjoy!!! There isn’t one redeeming nutritional value-at least not that Papa John’s is willing to share, since they only list 4 nutritional contents (calories, saturated fat, carbs and sodium).
