Home challenge 2

Alright everyone, Here is another kick ass home challenge for you to do!

The goal of this workout is to complete 50 total reps of both the thrusters and bent over rows.

You start with the thrusters (20lbs recommended) and complete as many reps as you can without rest..Once you can no longer perform any more reps without rest, you immediately do 20 mountain climbers..After you complete the 20 mountain climbers you immediately do bent over rows to failure, then perform 20 mountain climbers again…You repeat this cycle until you have completed 50 reps of both the thrusters and bent over rows

Keep track of how many rounds it takes you to complete 50 reps as well as the time ..Enjoy!
